Refund, Return, and Cancellations
We do not offer any refunds for the services that have already been delivered. However, our aim is for you to be absolutely happy with your product. If for some reason you are not, please email us at info@kasandrabenedetti.com and we will make every effort to amend the situation.
If you have paid in advance and cancelled your service at least 48 hours in advance (weekends not included), please contact us by email at info@kasandrabenedetti.com and we will provide a full refund. We will refund your money within 7-10 working days.
For cancellations within less than 48 hours but not less than 24 hours, (weekends not included) from the scheduled service, a 150€ fee will be deducted from your refund. If cancellation is done in less than 24 hours (weekends not included) before the session there will be no refund.
For service agreed without prior notification there will be no refund. Rescheduling the date of the service that is agreed is possible but it’s should be notified 48 hours before your scheduled date. Rescheduling can be done on the dates that are available on our booking calendar which will be presented on our website or it can be emailed to, with appropriate link. Please email us at info@kasandrabenedetti.com. If any of dates provided in our booking calendar are not suitable then cancellation policy will be applied.
Payment Plan Agreements
TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT
The money (detailed on this transaction and receipt) will be repaid in full of one payment, via your Credit Card, as outlined in the accompanying letter to your transaction, and the specific terms of the agreement. By purchasing a product or a service, you hereby authorize Light the mind Limited to charge these instalments to your credit card and further understand and agree: that this payment is non-refundable; not to dispute this charge under any circumstance or in any manner with your bank or any merchant processor; and, that your purchase is subject to the Company’s terms and conditions.

Delivery of Orders
Audio downloads ordered from the website are sent out immediately via email. Please email as at info@kasandrabenedetti.com if you did not receive your download.

Cancellation Refund of any services or products from the web site
Whilst every effort is made to avoid changes to our programme, we reserve the right to withdraw or cancel any package. If for any reason the Kasandra Benedetti cancels sessions, all paid fees will be returned in full. We cannot, however, reimburse the cost of any expenses, travel or accommodation arrangements and suggest that you consider travel insurance to cover any significant costs incurred.
