Refund, Return, and Cancellations

These terms govern all services provided and your rights regarding cancellations and refunds. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not proceed with any purchase.
No Refunds Policy:
Immediate Payment and No Refunds: All purchases of services, including hypnotherapy sessions, audios, energy healing sessions, and longer mentorship programs, are final upon payment. Once a service has been paid for, there are no refunds, regardless of the reason. By completing your purchase, you understand and agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to dissatisfaction, scheduling conflicts, or changes in personal circumstances.
While our services are designed to support your growth, if for any reason you feel there is an issue or concern regarding your experience, please contact us at info@kasandrabenedetti.com. We are open to investigating the situation and concerns you may have. However, please note that this does not entitle you to a refund or cancellation of your purchase.
Service Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule a session, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a rescheduling fee, or your session may be forfeited.
Cancellations
Cancellations made after payment is processed will not be refunded. We strongly recommend ensuring you are available for the scheduled session before making a payment. If you need to cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. However, if a session is missed or canceled within the 48-hour window, you will forfeit the payment, and no refund or rescheduling will be possible.
Payment Plan Agreements
By purchasing a product or service with a payment plan, you authorize Light the Mind Limited to charge your credit card for the agreed-upon amounts, as outlined in the accompanying transaction receipt and the terms of the payment plan agreement.
Non-Refundable Payments: The money detailed in the transaction is non-refundable.
You agree not to dispute or request a chargeback for any payment made under this agreement through your bank or any merchant processor.
Full Payment Commitment: The full amount of the service must be paid, as agreed, regardless of whether you complete the service.
Subject to Terms: Your purchase is subject to the Company’s terms and conditions, and by entering into a payment plan, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.

Service:
While we aim to provide high-quality and effective sessions, individual results may vary. No guarantees of specific results are made, and you are solely responsible for your health, well-being, and actions following our services.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes or legal matters arising from these Terms will be handled in accordance with Irish law. By using our services, you agree that any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Ireland.

However, please note that we are not responsible for reimbursing any additional costs incurred, such as travel, accommodation, or other related expenses. We recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any significant costs in the event of such cancellations.
