Here are some of the questions people are asking me the most.

1What is Hypnosis
Hypnosis is a state of consciousness characterized by focused attention, heightened suggestibility, and a state of relaxation. Hypnosis is a tool that allows individuals to access their subconscious mind, which is responsible for automatic behaviors and patterns. By doing so, individuals can reprogram their minds to achieve their goals and improve their lives drastically.
2What is RTT Therapy?
RTT or Rapid Transformational Therapy is a unique therapeutic approach. It’s a hybrid method that combines the most effective aspects of various therapeutic techniques including Hypnotherapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Psychotherapy. By utilizing the power of the subconscious mind, RTT aims to facilitate permanent and transformative change within a short time frame. This is achieved through different techniques in hypnosis, which capitalizes on the subconscious mind's susceptibility to suggestions, bypassing the conscious mind and inducing a deep state of relaxation, allowing individuals to achieve rapid and long-lasting change.
3How does a typical RTT Therapy session look like?
1. The first step is to schedule a call or fill out the contact form and describe the problem you'd like to address 2. The two-hour session is conducted virtually, typically via Zoom, in the comfort of your own home, and is both incredibly productive and empowering. In a peaceful hypnosis, I'll guide you through the steps so that we can get to the bottom of what's holding you back. Finally, we'll begin changing negative patterns so you can finally get on with your life and start enjoying the success you've always deserved. 3. I'll make specific, powerful suggestions for you to listen to every day for 21 days to "rewire" your brain and permanently establish a new, positive habits. After the session, a recording will be emailed to you. 4. At the end of the 21 days, we'll have 2x 15-minute follow-up conversation to assess how things are going, make sure you have all you need, and reflect on the incredible growth you've experienced.
4How is RTT different to other therapies?
RTT enables you to communicate with your subconscious mind, but also directly access, reprogram and upgrade limiting beliefs that are causing a mental or physical issue. Using the regression technique, clients are able to reach breakthroughs via hypnosis that would not be possible if they were simply trying to reach their subconscious mind via altered language and self-talk. In doing so RTT provides clients with understanding, the power that allows you to effectively, swiftly and permanently create the change you seek. When you are looking for change or experiencing issues, you want relief. You want rapid results and that’s exactly what RTT delivers. While with RTT change can be experienced in a single session. Some issues may require up to, but not more than 3 sessions.
5Who is RTT suitable for?
RTT Therapy is suitable for anyone who is looking to make positive and lasting changes in their life. It can be used to help with a variety of issues such as: depression, anxiety, emotional trauma, money blocks, achieving goals, procrastination, stress, fears, lack of confidence, phobias, anger, sleep problems, eating disorders, and relationship issues. It can also be used to help people achieve personal growth and to help them become more self-aware and empowered.
6How does it feel being hypnotized?
Being hypnotized feels like a state of deep relaxation and concentration. You remember everything that is happening, your awareness is more increased. It can be a pleasant and calming experience, similar to daydreaming or being absorbed in a book or movie. You may feel a sense of peace and inner stillness, or a tingling sensation in your body. Your thoughts may become more focused, and you may be more open to suggestion.
7Do you remember being hypnotized?
Definitely, you remember everything that is happening, your awareness is even more increased. You are not sleeping, it’s more a sleep of the nervous system. It's important to know that although you're more open to suggestion during hypnosis you don't lose control over your behaviour.
8How will I feel after the session?
The feeling is different for everybody, it also depends how deep you go in hypnosis. For example, some people will experience joy and excitement, while others need more time to process the reason behind their issue and they want to discover even more about themselves through a few more sessions. I can reassure you that whatever fellings you are experiencing you will finish the session with me with a sense of understanding, enlightenment and freedom.
9Can you be hypnotized online?
Being hypnotized online or in person has absolutely the same effect. The only thing you need do is to make sure that you have a good wi-fi connection, place where you will not be interrupted, and to be in comfortable chair (half lying or siting) that has back and arms supported. The best part of being hypnotized online is that you can do it from the comfort of your home and you don’t have to travel anywhere.
10What if I think I already know the reasons behind my issue?
Even though you may think you know the reasons behind your issue which can be the case, you are going to be able to see it it in a completely new way, there may be underlying subconscious beliefs or patterns that you are not aware of which are actually enabling you to move forward. RTT can help to uncover these hidden factors and address them directly, leading to a more comprehensive and effective solution.
11What if I go back to scenes that are maybe painful or scary?
If you go back to overwhelming scenes related to sexual or physical abuse or other trauma, you will be guided and supported the whole time. Luckily, you don't have to relive the trauma in every way in order to heal, but you do have to deal with the belief that was formed because of the trauma, because that is what you have the power and ability to change in the NOW moment. You'll have a safe space where you may share your feelings and heal. It's critical to keep in mind that you cannot recreate that scene; rather, you will simply analyze it.
12When can you expect to see changes from hypnotherapy?
Instantly: You feel a massive shift right away – immediate changes in your physiology, thoughts and behaviours right in the session. Incremental: You see consistent shifts every day, or over time. Retroactive: You don’t see the shifts right away and then one day you suddenly look back and see all the things that are different in your life. You may experience a combination of all three
13What if I need or want another session?
Rapid transformational Therapy is designed to give you a powerful breakthrough and create big changes in your life. Some clients may need more than one RTT session on a particular issue, depending on how deep it is. Most want to keep doing sessions to work on other areas of their life and receive more powerful changes, new beliefs and build new habits and behaviours. For these reasons I am offering a package of 2 or 3 session for those who want continued support on their change journey.
14How much does it cost?
